Looking forward to my F2 arriving!
 

Hi everyone - new on this forum, but not new to Domke's!

I've bought a secondhand F2 that is now in the post and on its way to me. It's nicely 'worn' but not beyond use. Just what I was looking for to compliment my F803 satchel.

I'm wondering if the three compartment insert I've got in the F803 will fit length-ways in the F2? Any thoughts?

If it's the 720-230, yes it will. I don't recall any other 3-compartment inserts that the F-803 would take.

3 in a row is good for fishing
 

When I started designing the F2 I used a fishing bag I was using which had the main compartment divided down the middle. I switched to a 4 compt insert which works better for cameras. Or at least getting more equipment in a smaller space. The three in a row insert might work for those with longer zoom lenses.

New choices
 

Other makes keep coming and going.

I was looking at one, and then compared it to my F2.
Simple is good. :)
