Looking for small replacement parts

I teach in a school and we have 5-6 Provista XB tripods that we have had for a couple of years. I am looking for some parts that have 'walked away' from these tripods. We have lost at least three of the screws that hold the camera to the mounting plate. We have also 'lost' a couple of the rubber stoppers - for lack of a better word - that are on the mounting plate and keeps the screws from falling out. Anyone know where i could several of these for replacement and back ups?

Also is there a manual of some type that would have these parts listed on it and help us with troubleshooting when things break? These have held up pretty well but 8th graders can be tough and careless on stuff that isn't theirs.
