Creating beautiful soft key or fill doesn't have to be strenuous or time consuming. Compact, lightweight, and self-contained, the Lowel LC-66EX1 Rifa-Lite eX Softbox Light with Lamp uses a simple design approach as old as the umbrella to achieve its quick and easy setup and strike capabilities.

Accessory eXchange lamp heads allow use of daylight fluorescent, screw-threaded, and lower wattage tungsten-halogen lamps.

  • Lowel LC66EX Rifa-Lite eX66 Softbox Light (120-240VAC)

    This is a Lowel Rifa EX66 750 watt softbox light. The Rifa EX66 is multi-wattage, and multi-voltage, with the appropriate adapters and bulbs (available separately). Creating beautiful soft key or fill doesn't have to be strenuous or time consuming. Compact, lightweight, and self-contained, the Rifa-lite EX66 uses a simple design approach as old as the umbrella to achieve its quick and easy setup and strike capabilities.

    Accessory eXchange lamp heads allow use of daylight fluorescent and lower wattage tungsten-halogen lamps.

    Front Diffusion
    The diffusion front is made of woven glass fabric, heat-resistant 25 x 25" (63.5 x 63.5cm) front diffuser provides sufficient illumination with soft shadows.
    Multi-Use Lamp Fixture
    Optional adapters allow use with fluorescent, or tungsten photoflood bulbs.
    Easy Access
    Easy access pockets on fabric shell allow clip-on gel attachment for correcting to daylight.
  • Ushio EHF Lamp (750W/120V)

    This 750W/120V tungsten-halogen EHF Lamp from Ushio has a G9.5 medium 2-pin prefocus base, a color temperature of 3200K, output of 20,400 lumens and an average life of 300 hours. It is commonly used in display and photo fixtures.

Returns

Return requests for orders placed on the Tiffen website or through our sales team can be made within 30 days of receipt of your order except custom orders. Items must be in the original packaging, unused and in new condition.

All returns require a Return Authorization form which can be obtained by contacting us at https://tiffen.com/pages/contact with your Tiffen order # and/or receipt.  Once you submit a request, a return authorization with instructions will be provided to you. Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Tiffen will pay for return shipping on any orders with errors caused by Tiffen.  We must be notified within the 30 day return window. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all other instances. Returns for refunds to the original payment method only, no credit or exchanges.

Warranty

Defective items are covered by our Warranty policy.  Warranties vary by product, more information can be found below. Tiffen warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the stated period of time listed below and based on the date of original purchase.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. 

Tiffen's obligation under its warranty policy is limited at its option, to either repair or replace the defective product. If the product has been superseded, warranty replacement can be made with a current model of the same quality performing the equivalent function. 

This warranty is expressly made in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including specifically without limiting the generality thereof, any implied warranty or merchantability, and of all other obligations or liabilities.  Tiffen shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential damages, expenses or losses or damages resulting from a defect of its product. 

Please submit all warranty inquiries at the link below.  Make sure to include a copy of your purchase receipt (no order or shipping confirmation), Tiffen order # (if ordered directly from Tiffen), a detailed description of the issue and how it happened as well as photos and/or narrated video to support your written description of the issue.
