What is it?
The set of Tiffen Neutral Density and ND/Polarizer filters for the DJI Mavic Mini series can elevate the 4K images created by the Mini to a professional caliber. Using neutral density and polarizer filters offers drone pilots a control over their images and a clarity that exceeds any off-the-shelf look and takes it to a Hollywood level.
The Tiffen 3 Filter ND/PL Kit comes with three neutral density + polarizer filters (ND4PL, ND8PL, and ND16PL). The neutral density element reduces light by 2, 3 or 4 stops, while the adjustable polarizer reduces reflections and glare on surfaces like water, glass, cars, buildings, and other reflective surfaces, including skin. Since the Mavic Mini has a fixed aperture of f/2.8 using ND filters can cut the amount of light coming through the lens and reducing the chance of over exposure while also giving the user more control of their shutter speed to decide how they convey movement.
 
The Tiffen 6 Filter Kit includes the same three ND/PL filters but with the addition of three standalone neutral density filters (ND4, ND8, and ND16), allowing users to work without the polarizer for more creative refinement. Each filter kit includes a carrying case and cleaning cloth.
 
These Tiffen filters are designed specifically for the DJI Mavic Mini series drones. The aluminum filter clip attaches easily over the lens and remains firmly in place during flight. The 4K high-definition optical glass features a multi-layer coating that is waterproof, scratch resistant, and carries a 10-year warranty.
